Pastor George graduated from Christ For The Nations in Dallas, TX, and moved his family, Suzanne, and their three sons, Nathan, Andrew, and Luke, to Panama City and came into the ministry under Apostle Nolan Ball. In 1987 they were sent out to birth The Rock of Gainesville. Pastor has a lifelong commitment to fulfill all the plans Father God has for us; impacting North Central Florida and the World for the Kingdom. Like the heart of Father, Pastor George is passionate about family - every tribe - every tongue - every nation!

Pastor Suzanne has a wide range of responsibilities in over seeing all the arts, including worship, the dance, drama, etc. - and the ministry to the women of The Rock.

"PT" has been with Pastor George since before our church was birthed in 1987. He gives oversight to the administration of both the church and our school, including finances, facilities and day to day operations.

Pastor Ron's duties include assisting Pastor George with the day to day activities of the ministry. He is actively involved in counseling and ministry, both on an individual level and ministry to couples. This would include the pre-marital ministry of The Rock. He also oversees "The Connection" which is the small group system that cares for the people in our house.

Pastor Cheryl offers counseling ministry to women and families, and to the inmates in the Alachua County Jail. She also leads prayer gatherings in the political and business arenas. Pastor Cheryl also teaches Bible to The Rock School Students at the beginning of each school day.

Pastor Ed over sees all of the children's ministries from Nursery to Pre-school to Jam. He also oversees the The Rock School chapel and teaches guitar at the school.

Pastor Svend leads our youth ministries. He oversees our High School ministry called 24/7 and our Middle School ministry titled NRG. He also directs his youth leadership team made up of young adults which assist him in all aspects of youth ministry. Pastor Svend also leads a parenting group called CSI:Parenting. He is the HS & MS chaplain for The Rock School.

Pastor Fabian is the pastor of Rock Your Life Collegiate Ministry and all ministry associated with college age and young professionals. He also leads the Corporate Prayer meeting on Tuesday mornings. At The Rock School, Pastor Fabian is the High School Bible teacher and the head coach of the girls Varsity Basketball team.

Cesar‘s main role is in assisting Pastor Tad with the everyday financial aspects of both the church and school.

Nathan oversees print production for the various printing and design needs required for the church. Nathan is also manages The Rock Weekly.

Niki is responsible for all the audio visual needs at The Rock. His areas of responsibility include creating multimedia content for our church, overseeing all audio and video post production, as well as producing our weekly services. As Technical Director, he is responsible for staffing and coordinating the technical side of our multiple weekly services.
Niki also assists in designs print and web artwork for The Rock and manages/designs www.therockonline.org.

Oscar is an administrative assistant and facilities coordinator for The Rock of Gainesville's church and school campus. Responsibilities include oversight of new construction and site development of our new church and conference center. He also heads up the Spanish translating team for the church.

Andrea assists Pastor Ed in his oversight of Preschool Sunday classes, as well as his ministry to children from 1st – 6th grade in JAM-“Jesus and Me,” and assists in coordinating Jam Fam Nite-The Rock’s annual Fall Carnival. Andrea is also Administrative Assistant to both Pastor Fabian and Pastor Cheryl.

Jamie oversees all of our worship and arts ministries including our Sunday worship team (including band, choir and ensemble), our dance teams, drama teams and all other performing arts ministries. Jamie also teaches guitar, hip hop dance and World Geography at The Rock School.

Hector is the assistant to Pastor George and Pastor Ron. He is responsible for all the administrative work related to their appointments and meetings. Hector also manages their schedules and teaches at The Rock School.

When you enter the ministry adm. building, Ms. Chris' smiling face is the first thing you will see. Her voice is also the first one you hear when you call the church. She is responsible for directing all inquiries and phone calls to the proper person/dept. Ms. Chris wears many other hats, but giving a good first impression is the most important. She makes you glad you called or came by!

Bruce is responsible for Maintaining Church and school property.
His areas of responsibility include maintaining Locks, doors, air filters, painting, electrical repair and general repair.

Eddy has been on our team since 2003. He is responsible for maintaining all church vehicles. He maintains the facilities calendar and coordinates the set up for events. In addition to his janitorial responsibilities, which includes the administration offices, school and the gym, Eddy assist with our landscaping.

Chris handles all of the IT needs for The Rock and The Rock School. He is responsible for software development, server maintenance, and technical support. He also serves with our audio/visual team as Lighting Director. Chris also teaches Technical Arts at the Rock School.
