If you are a current member of The Rock of Gainesville and need to requisition a room or services for an event, please use the form below to detail your needs. You will be contacted with final approval of your requisition via email and your requisition will be considered pending untill you recieve your second approval email.

Please note: fill out one from per room needed (IE. If your event needs the JAM Auditorium and the Main Auditorium, please submit a total of 2 requisition forms.)

Please submit your requisition AT LEAST one week in advance of your event date.
